Tokujin Yoshioka Born in Saga, Japan in 1967. After graduating in 1986, worked under Shiro Kuramata and Issey Miyake. In 2000, established TOKUJIN YOSHIOKA INC. His experimental and innovative creations are highly evaluated in the world through various projects such as space and installation design for ISSEY MIYAKE and SWAROVSKI‘s flagship store in Ginza.Has been collaborating with Cartier, Hermès, LEXUS TOYOTA, NTT and other noted companies. Received many global awards and being exhibited in museums for his great work.
Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Department of Architecture in 1965. In 1971, he opened his own office, Urban Robot (URBOT), which was renamed to Toyo Ito & Associates, Architects in 1979. He has archived many global award through years of work.
