On 05 November 2019, AKA Furniture Group held a design talk which titled was “Spirit of Wood in Architect and Furniture” at Bellavita Luxury Center – Sun Grand City Ancora, 03 Luong Yen, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

It was a friendly sharing session, exchanging knowledge and experiences between the two culture of Vietnam and Italy. With the participation of Mr. Franco Ceccotti – CEO of a renowned Italian furniture brand Ceccotti Collezioni (1956), representative of AKA Furniture Group – Ms. Mai Do Thuy Dung – COO together with some leading architects of Hanoi such as Mr. Vu Hong Cuong – Head of Department of Furniture & Industrial Fine Arts, Hanoi Architectural University; Mr. Le Viet Ha – Founder of Ashui.com; Architect Luu Viet Thang – Head of Department of Interior and Exterior Decoration, University of Industrial Fine Arts; Weplay Architects, Mr. Gabriel – Creative Director of Co-up working … In addition, Mr. Ooi Wee Tat (Alex) – General Director of AA Corporation and the representative of media and media press is Ms. Bui Thi Thanh Huong – Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Architectural magazine, Architects Vuong Dao Hoang – Kien Viet who joined the design talk.

This was truly an opportunity to connect talented designers, to explore deeply into the knowledge of application of traditional craftsmanship and creative design to honor the elite value of woodwork in the contemporary interior space which resulting in creating a new breakthrough in enhancing the value of wooden furniture.
